Shipping and Delivery Options

At Nornehi LLC, we prioritize timely and secure delivery of all our handcrafted and personalized items. By default, we ship all orders via UPS Ground to ensure reliable and trackable shipping. However, we also offer a variety of other shipping and delivery options to suit your needs.

Standard Shipping:

• A flat rate of $35 is applied to all purchases, and we process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Expedited/Express Shipping:

• If you need your items sooner, we offer expedited and express shipping options. You can select these during checkout or contact us via email, text, or WhatsApp for personalized shipping arrangements. We are happy to work with other carriers if you have a preferred shipping method.

Free Local Pick-up:

• For our local customers, we offer free pick-up at our Ashburn Accessories Depot. Simply contact us to schedule a convenient time, and you can collect your items without any shipping fees.

Hotel Delivery:

• Need your items delivered to a hotel? We offer hotel delivery for $30. This option can be added to your order at checkout. However, please ensure to contact us in advance to confirm we can deliver to your specific hotel location.
